Project and Construction Management

This methodology, in which Prodim excels for its efficiency and constant updating, makes it possible to optimise project management, costs and timing, ensuring the bestfinal result.
We in the EP&S Group are committed to the constant technical and administrative monitoring of the entire project process, from conception to realisation.

The Project Manager’s activity involves the attainment ofthe proposed objectives, starting from the planning of all the interventions envisaged. The greatest challenge is to address the context, the unforeseen circumstances, the restrictions and the obstacles posed by the environment in which the work is installed, always taking costs, timing and quality into account.

For each project, the PM forms an interdisciplinary team including the professionals needed. It is also the PM’s job to handle relations with Third Parties and the Client.

Construction management consists of the on-site realisation of the phases in the project previously planned by the Project Manager. In order to ensure the utmost final quality, the emphasis is placed on quality: the job of Construction Manager is entrusted to the same PM who has overseen the project from the start.
